Shorebirds Minor League Baseball

Root on our home team and enjoy the exciting baseball action at a Delmarva Shorebirds game. The Delmarva Shorebirds are the Class ‘A’ Minor League Baseball affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles. The team first opened its gates in April of 1996 at the Arthur W. Perdue Stadium and has since won two championships. Some memorable Shorebirds who have gone on to play in the big leagues are players like Erik Bedard, Brian Roberts, Nick Markakis, John Maine, Orlando Cabrera and Javier Vasquez.
